I am Gaurav N. Narnaware, a Full Stack Developer based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. I build web applications end to end — the interface people use, the API underneath it, the database behind that, and increasingly the AI workflows that remove the manual work in between. Most of what I ship runs on Next.js and React.js on the front end, Node.js and Express.js on the back, with MongoDB or Appwrite for data and Redis where speed matters.
Full stack development
Working full stack means I own a feature from the first sketch to the deploy, instead of handing it across a boundary halfway through. In practice that has covered booking platforms, ERP-style internal systems for finance, inventory and CRM workflows, event platforms with dashboards and bulk email, and marketing sites that have to load fast and convert. The advantage is not that I can do everything — it is that decisions on one side of the stack get made with the other side already in mind, so the data model, the API shape and the interface stay in agreement.
Next.js and React.js development
Next.js is my default for anything that needs to be both fast and findable. I use server-side rendering and static generation to get real HTML in front of crawlers and first-time visitors, dynamic routing and API routes to keep the surface area small, and middleware where a request genuinely needs intercepting. On the React side I care about component boundaries that survive contact with a growing codebase, state that lives at the right level, and interfaces that stay responsive on mid-range phones, not just on a development laptop. Tailwind CSS handles styling on most projects.
Node.js, Express and REST API development
Behind the interface I build REST APIs with Node.js and Express — authentication, validation, predictable error handling, and database access that does not fall over when the data grows. On the Bhrraman Transfers platform this meant Redis caching and reworked booking workflows to bring response times down, plus third-party integration with the Google Maps API for location search, route optimization and live directions. An API is a contract, and I would rather spend the extra hour designing one than a week working around a bad one.
MERN stack development
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js is the combination I have shipped most, from a party decor application at EboNow through to full platforms with dashboards, blogs and event management. It stays my recommendation when a project needs a flexible data model and one language across the whole stack, and I will say so plainly when a project would be better served by something else.
AI chatbots and AI product development
A growing share of my work is AI that does a specific job rather than AI for its own sake. I built a real estate chatbot that pairs the Gemini API with automated workflows so visitors can describe what they are looking for, get matched to properties, and book an appointment without anyone answering manually — it cut manual inquiry handling by around 70%. The same approach powers chatbots I have built for travel and healthcare clients: natural language understanding at the front, real business logic behind it.
n8n and workflow automation
At Brenzo Ai I built AI-powered WhatsApp automation on n8n — lead handling, qualification and follow-ups running without a person in the loop, wired into CRM workflows so an inquiry becomes a booked appointment on its own. n8n is where I connect APIs, databases and LLM services into pipelines that hold up: webhook handling, email automation, lead generation and AI-assisted data processing. Automation is only worth it when it removes work permanently, so I build these to be maintained, not demoed.
Scalable web applications
Scale for most of my clients means a site that stays quick as content and traffic grow, not a thousand servers. That comes from unglamorous work: caching at the right layer, server-rendered pages, sensible database indexes, and measuring before optimising. The Bhrraman travel website runs an AI-assisted publishing engine generating itineraries, blogs and destination pages, served through SSR with optimized caching — which is also why it performs well in search.
Selected projects
Bhrraman Transfers is a global transfer booking platform where I led technical development and owned the architecture. Bhrraman is the travel agency site behind it, rebuilt for performance and AI-assisted content. Brenzo AI is an automation agency platform for travel, healthcare and real estate. Earlier work includes the GDGC event platform, EventEase, a lost and found portal for students, and client sites for an NGO and a junior college. More detail sits in the case studies on the homepage.
Professional experience and education
I have worked as a Full Stack Developer at Bhrraman and Brenzo Ai, and contributed to a MERN stack application at EboNow. As Development Lead for Google Developer Group on Campus I organised a national hackathon for 250+ participants and built its registration system with payment and QR verification, while leading the team to a Tier 1 position in the Google Cloud Study Jam. I am studying Computer Science & Engineering at Government College of Engineering, Nagpur, after Computer Engineering at Government Polytechnic, Arvi.
Technical skills
Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript and TypeScript; MongoDB, Redis and Appwrite; Tailwind CSS; React Native and Expo for cross-platform mobile; n8n, the Gemini and OpenAI APIs for automation and AI features; Git, GitHub Actions and Vercel for delivery; and technical SEO — SSR output, Lighthouse budgets and structured data — treated as part of the build rather than an afterthought. A fuller breakdown is in services and capabilities.
How I work
Scope first, then code. I would rather ask three uncomfortable questions at the start than rebuild in month two, and I will tell you when a simpler approach gets you the same outcome for less. Projects ship in working increments so there is something real to react to early, and I stay reachable while they are running — most questions get an answer the same day.
